For us, safety includes injury prevention. One of the common injury sites is the legs. Preventing leg injury requires joint stability. Building joint stability is a progression, but it affords you freedom for activities. We've put a lot of thought and research into LMA

People think The Matrix is a prediction of the future where we're forced into a virtual world but in fact a children's book that's older than The Matrix is a better predictor, and that's Harold and the Purple Crayon. He wasn't forced into a virtual world; he went in voluntarily to escape his alienation and neglect.

Cults is a loaded term because people immediately think of strange religious cults with death pacts. It also assumes you need a powerful leader when it doesn't need a leader; it's more about the behavior of members. Why Wellness Is Getting MORE Conspiratorial Health and fitness spaces have always been political. What’s new is the acceleration of old patterns—purity, distrust, and “clean living”—which are now louder and more profitable through social media. If we truly care about health as carework, not content or clout, we must call out the forces shaping wellness culture.
