At about 1m20 the most non-elite US mall ninja shows up with a bafflingly seemingly self inflicted bleeding nose, tucks a shotgun under his taint before tossing a munition canister god knows where, then starts shooting at journalists. If you saw this in a war videogame you’d think it was broken.

The admin gains nothing but public criticism by admitting they just recycled these guys back into the system like a bunch of catholic priests. The only logic to making this known is to signal other officers that they won’t be turned over to legitimate authorities for gunning down Americans.
