The tragic death of Renee Nicole Good, a 37-year old mother fatally shot by ICE, shows that ICE can’t be reformed and must be abolished.

I’ll be introducing the Abolish ICE Act as a step toward justice, accountability, and humanity in our immigration policy.

Time to melt ICE.

Rest in power to Keith Porter who was murdered by an ICE agent in Los Angeles.

It’s terrible that his name is just now being circulated, but now that it is, continue to say his name.
Advocates want legal action after man shot and killed by off-duty ICE agent in Northridge
Advocates argue that the off-duty ICE agent wasn't trained for the situation and should have called police and waited for them to arrive.

ICE was only created in 2003. Contrast that with USAID which was created in 1961 and was just dismantled.

We did fine without ICE and would again. In fact we did fine without DHS which was always a terrible idea, starting with the name.

Get rid of both.
you do not need a constitutional amendment to zero out ice's budget??
Of course, none of this is going to happen. Abolishing ICE is about as likely as fixing the electoral college.

Just relistened to the entirety of the revolutions podcast by @mikeduncan.bsky.social and it's even more applicable in 2026 than it was in 2016. Regardless of the disposition of the two party system, there needs to be a broad coalition for social revolution in the United States.

The thing that pisses me off most about liberals is that they're historically illiterate. And it's inexcusable because it's always college educated liberal arts people, who should know better.

Snap should be direct cash, account for 100% of the average American diet plus 20%, include a cookware stipend, an energy stipend, and be universal. What is the point of anything if you have to struggle to eat.

But guns were not supposed to kill Charlie Kirk."

Whose deaths get to be deemed unacceptable in supremacist America, and whose are deemed necessary? And who does the deeming?

Police officers who publicly declare that they’ll quit if a mayoral candidate they dislike wins the election are (1) usually bluffing—sure buddy, toss away that paycheck and pension—and (2) exactly the sort of cops cities would be better off without, ones who don’t see themselves as public servants.

It's not just bribery. He's now using personal litigation, backed by state extortion, to extract "settlements" which he then puts into an account he created to spend on government work, all entirely outside of Congress taxing or appropriating. It's full Charles I illegal taxation and spending.
