Shame on LA Metro's Board of Directors. The Hybrid LPA is the ONLY viable option. It uses an existing rail corridor, has a cleared EIR, and has support from the South Bay community, labor, and local governments. This 11th-hour motion advancing the Hawthorne Alternative is another stalling tactic.
