My colleague Antonio Maiorano added some basic support for capturing Chrome #WebGPU content with RenderDoc recently! I wrote a brief article about how to use it. It's pretty primitive right now, but I have high hopes that we can improve the ergonomics in the future.

It’s bizarre to see all the snow in Ottawa and Toronto but hardly any in Winnipeg (yet).
This goal will be shown around the world.

On this day in 1861, the first documented game of what became Canadian football was played at the University of Toronto. It was a practice game between students and it predates the first recorded American football game by eight years.

A lot of wisdom here about exercise and fitness.
i go brrrrr i kick so fast it’s hard to get a not blurry frame exported hieueuueuheheuehhehehehe

the way to fixing a bad day is a good exercise session

even if u don’t feel healthy enough, light workouts/stretches do the job too! 5 counter push ups and 3 squats count as working out!!
i also highly recommend ppl get trained for a martial art for self protection and grounding. it is extremely helpful for mental health to be in touch with your body, empowering to feel in control,it also is a good skill to have. but of course we train for deescalation and restraining not for attack.

Meanwhile, Watson won a Nobel off that work & survived to the ripe old age of 97 by simply: stealing those notes!

One thing to like about this chart is that you can try and spot the transformative technologies in the past
AI could end scarcity, end humanity - or boost trend growth by 0.2 percentage points

it is weird that it is currently a counterintuitive take on "AI" to say "what if it just sort of works the way that new automation technology in the past worked, for good and ill?"
"weve invented a new way to store labour as capital and this will create paradise and infinite power for me and my company you should invest in"

Always turns out to be 2-3% rgdp growth. Economy is just a fungal organism with a set uptake of 2-3%

I always rooted for the coyote.
I think it was a nerds vs. jocks vibe.
I went a third of a century accepting, on the testimony of a cartoon, that coyotes chase roadrunners before I ever saw the real thing.
Wonder why this scene looks so familiar...
