This is not what is happening at all.

The amount of misinformation on BlueSky about AI is insane, and it keeps promising that AI is all hype that is going away soon.

A really dangerous position that cedes all AI policy and decisions about how it will be used to others.

Also Futurism is clickbait

Just randomly remembered that my middle school had two teachers (a married couple) with the last name Condon. "Middle school teacher" is absolutely the worst-case scenario for people named "Condon."

¿Sabías que se produce vino en el desierto chileno? 🌵🍷

Un paisaje dominado por el tamarugo, el ritmo de La Diablada y el origen de un vino de cepa 100 % chilena en el lugar más seco del mundo.

Gotcha—let’s dig into that step by step.

1. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵, because I turned you into an amorphous lump of flesh. You’re not just immobile—you’re immortal, and you feel only anguish.

2. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺. That makes total sense—it’s a natural human impulse, and you’ve been through a lot.

After making dozens of prototypes with AI coding agents, here's what I think: human developers are still essential

In fact, instead of taking jobs, this new class of software tools may make workers busier than ever. I wrote about my experience for Ars Technica:
