Earth stars are amazing. The more fungi I see, the more I think they were invented by aliens on acid. Oh, the days of my youth & fungal forays. Mushrooms are magic [not that kind].
Just spotted these cool Collared Earthstars in our front garden! With a little tap, a jet of spores comes out the top like a mini volcanic eruption!

I’m surprised no one asked what movie I was seeing. It’s “Wicked: For Good.”
I’m not one of those nuts though.
I loved the books!
I went to see “Wicked” twice on Broadway (Jacksonville & NYC).
Show/movies leave out so much. The books are not for kids.

Pseudo reflection. Confused pelican gives up on whether the gull is two gulls or it's just a reflection. Ha!

My hair looks decent today after I washed the salon products out and did it myself. But I need a new curly stylist!

Okay, finished this. I like kneesocks but sometimes there isn't enough of a fancy skein to make them, even with the toes and heels done in a complementing solid color. So then I have to dig in my leftover yarn for some matches and fill in the remaining space...

My mother has refused getting her dinner because "I'm waiting until he's dead". I was baffled but obviously she's watching a murder mystery. "Death has priority!"

Successfully de-toed Clark Griswold. Operation #Christmas Chaos is going great. ❄️🎄Meanwhile the inflatables Snoopy, the Grinch, and that suspiciously cheerful puppy with gift box are standing on the lawn like a crime ring of inflatable lawn villains. Who should I take in for questioning? #dogsofbsky

Went into The Big City, did some shopping and ate some cake, and have returned home damp and exhausted. I shall not leave the house again for days and days I think.

The people at the new potential job seemed nice and seemed to like each other. I really didn't want to change jobs in the middle of grad school, in this employment climate, especially to make less money. But I'm leaning that way. I may take my stuff home from my cubicle for Winter Break just in case
