This is an adult man, folks
And like, the problem of normie libs being instinctive snitches because they fear "provocateurs" when they see someone valorously setting a dumpster fire as a barricade is so universal. Like a fucking ton of normie moms in any movement with sufficient numbers are gonna have the same reaction.

Blowing whistles: harmful, forbidden, must be stopped at all costs

Setting a dumpster on fire: permissible, encouraged, you can't deter or criticize me you bootlicker
Ugh. The main anti-ICE group in Washington which has 44k followers on Facebook and has been going around to communities promoting classes is now promoting this anti-whistle nonsense for "harm reduction" reasons as well.

But he's *very* beatable.
BREAKING: 8 more U.S. Attorneys in MN resign from Trump’s DOJ in protest as backlash grows.
This isn’t normal; isn’t routine reshuffling. It’s a rebellion.
Last month, 6 veteran prosecutors quit in protest. Normal staffing for the MN DOJ’s office is around 50 attorneys. They’re down to just 9.

Stupid centrist morons. We radicals know that the only path forward is to acknowledge that all is lost and it's time to give up
All the Centrist morons who are saying "stop demanding more, stop rocking the boat because we must win the midterms" aren't even taking into account the fact there might not BE any midterms.

The more collaborating establishment Dems do with Trump, the more power the fascists will consolidate.

Worth stating plainly: we *are* actually watching Trumps plan for the midterms, but its not the plan bsky doomers think it is. Trumps electoral plan is to double down on all the things voters hate while simultaneously lying to their faces & saying their concerns arent real. It will continue thru Nov

Had several leftoid friends who aggressively hawked Chomsky. I hated him immediately.Just soft-headed conspiracism dressed in professor's jacket. None of his arguments make sense unless you believe them already.
we’ve known Chomsky was a piece of shit since he tried to downplay and deny the Khmer Rouge genocide back in the 70s, but I’m glad more people are *finally* figuring this out

The D was heavily outspent here, statewide Rs pushed hard about this race, Trump posted repeatedly in the last day etc

A >30% swing is genuinely insane

Specials are weird, but I don't think you can ignore that this was the first competitive election since Minneapolis
in the sense that we just got almost all of eday and Rehmet (D) is leading by 14.4% in a district that Trump won by 17.4%

A century ago, tens of thousands of US houses were built from factory-made prefab kits sold by firms like Montgomery Ward. They were inexpensive but nice starter homes that launched many young families. Lots are still around. These guys are more or less trying to bring this back--good luck to them!

Replies full of people furious that a Senator told them the truth rather than blow smoke up their asses
Americans must be eyes wide open that blocking the DHS funding bill will not shut down ICE.

ICE is now sitting on a massive slush fund it can tap, whether or not we pass a funding bill.
Federal agents cannot murder people in broad daylight and face zero consequences.

I will NOT support the DHS bill as it stands.

The DHS bill needs to be split off from the larger funding package before the Senate—Republicans must work with us to do that.

I’ll keep fighting to rein in DHS and ICE.

A shutdown is a public relations move. Everyone needs to be clear about that. Republicans ultimately hold the cards here because they have to be willing to pass and Trump sign anything; but DHS also has a ton of OBBB money.
I really, truly need people to understand that every path to legislative checks on ICE/CBP runs through passing a DHS funding bill.

For limitations on ICE/CBP, passing a hypothetical better bill>passing the bill the House passed>the state of shutdown.

Shutdown is not a useful goal in itself.
I think it's up to dems to sell to their voters why their asks would be impactful. The biggest thing to me is that it's clear dhs would have been funded with dem votes but for this murder. Is that what it's going to take every time?

Yes, i always read my fellow Yanks at "US Defence Insider" for the inside scoop on politics here in the colonies
Please read and share this. It shapes all my thinking about the future of the US right now, and it explains why Trump and the GOP are behaving the way they do.

There is a near zero chance a Democrat will be sworn in as President in 2029, no matter how people vote.
