New ADHD study recently dropped, ~75% of ADHD folks have delayed sleep cycle syndrome, insomnia, and/or melatonin issues.
Not really an unknown to many ADHD and adjacent folks, but glad we're getting more data.

This talking point has always given the game away, because what he's describing is a resounding diagnostic success, and the only downside is that there are more trans people getting the treatment they need.

Recently I talked to a woman who had been raped about cross examination. She went into a catatonic state for 15 mins, then asked me to hold her hand, and then began to cry. We discussed whether she should refuse to give evidence - even though it would mean he got off.

A reminder, from the reproductive justice front - For a lot of people, Catholic hospitals are their only option. Even places where they aren't, they sometimes set standard of care.

While I'm conscious i'm speaking to a minority of people here, and that this post is late in the grand scheme of things, I do believe it's very important to get out there and talk with people. You end up finding people who agree with you and feel powerless. Directing that is the goal.
