I think often of the women in the Louis CK story—how they all left comedy and never went back, but he’s still going. It’s everywhere and it’s such a loss for them and for us—for things they’ll never make that we’ll never see.
the Epstein files are really devastating because they remind me of how many girls and women miss out on professional opportunities, mentorship and careers because of how many powerful, rich and influential men only view girls and women — and interactions with them — through the lens of sex

One upside of people rudely asking why you don't want children is that it's a grand opportunity to say something unhinged. The curse dies with me. The prophecy said nothing about heirs. Motherhood isn't for me, in the same way trench warfare isn't. I'm undead.

Jason Bateman's comments to Charli XCX on the SmartLess podcast are a familiar story of child-free women being told they haven't yet met the 'right guy'

Just been in a meeting about the ever-increasing levels of harassment faced by council officers, particularly women and ethnic minorities, and someone made the decent point ‘How do we fight against this when it is normalised by the most powerful man in the world day in, day out?’ No answer, really.

OK this makes me extremely angry. Has everyone forgotten the massive profiteering from thousands of avoidable pandemic deaths?? The unconstitutional suspension of parliament to force through an act of nationalist destruction that cost our children their future??

It is worth recalling that the position of U.K. Ambassador to the US was not vacant at the time the Prime Minister chose to appoint Peter Mandelson to the role. A highly competent and respected woman was replaced.
