also, not only the constant scrutiny of what women look like, but also what we eat. "You're fat, eat less, no wait, if you're on the jabs you're not eating enough protein, here's a new range of 'nutrient-dense' meals you should eat". Basically "lose weight, you fat cow, wait, not like that".
