The NY Times concludes that the ICE agent who shot Renee Good was NOT hit by her car

“the visual evidence shows no indication that..Jonathan Ross, had been run over..It also establishes-millisecond by millisecond-how Mr. Ross put himself in a dangerous position near her vehicle in the first place”

The import of this ruling: Foreign citizens in the United States—including green card holders—can be arrested for political speech and imprisoned for months or even years before being given a meaningful opportunity to challenge the constitutionality of their arrest and imprisonment.

ICE must be abolished. It has become a lawless, rogue agency. Federal law enforcement agencies must follow the law, if they're going to have any credibility enforcing it.

We are demanding justice for Renee Good and the prosecution of ICE agent Jonathan Ross for her murder.

I think as of tonight it's imperative on governors to recognize that Trump has abdicated his office by waging war on Americans.

It needs to be stated clearly. I am aware of what this means.

I'm absolutely NOT advocating anybody go out and do stupid shit. Don't go do stupid shit

Non-protesting dad just trying to hustle his kids, as young as 6mo, out of the neighborhood. ICE threw a flash-bang INTO HIS car, all 6 kids in the hospital now.

If anyone wondered how things turn against occupying armies there's a case study playing out in front of you.
That is what was relayed

Framing that ICE agents just don't have enough training is shit. This presumes they'd be fine if you just gave ICE more money and training. They won't.

Abolish ICE.

One thing we gotta do on a cultural level is never again vote for people in primaries based on how other people are analyzing their likelihood to win but by how well they are vocalizing, explaining, and arguing for good things. People need to start standing for things again.
If every time you see calls for primary challenges your kneejerk is to be like "but then make sure to vote for whatever Democrat wins!" you are actively hurting the primary process (which is already weak af in this country). Stop it.

you simply do not have to preface your statements about this with “but Maduro sucks”

whether or not Maduro sucks is entirely beside the point - we invaded another country and grabbed their leader with no justification other than “we wanted to”

don’t give them cover on it
