The rise in AI & the attacks on Humanities are directly related. Humanities at the end of the day are about media literacy & critical thinking. The specific way they teach these things change a little but ultimately that's what it is. AI is an extension of that

And it feeds into the fascist project

So part of the problem with why we are here is that the backlash of mediocre white men (and often women) to being challenged and told they are wrong is not just an exclusively right wing problem...

(I am predominately but not exclusively talking about people with actual power and influence)

Btw I am not kidding about this last part. If someone wants a human person to do that piece as like a piece of protest art but they can't pay for a commission, I don't have a lot of money but I would absolutely pitch in to help pay for that. Or any piece of protest art.

This is Trump support. Period. Your intentions do not matter. You are feeding a machine that is meant to make it harder to know fact from lies, is an attack on art (a tool of fascism), and damages critical thinking. Not only that but also feeds money to Trump donors.

And that's just those elements
