a pair of dainty drop earrings held in a left pale hand with the ear hooks held between fingers to let the earrings hang. from the hook is connected a 6mm ivory colour glass pearl bead and from there drops a stainless steel elephant charm. so fucking adorable a left pale hand holding up a pair of dangly earrings between the first two fingers. the earrings each hold a string of three bell shape flower glass beads that are almost translucent and purple and blue lavender gradient colours. just truly beautiful the way they shine a clear cube bead chain necklace on a black velvet bust. the beads used are 4mm clear cube shaped beads that almost imitate ice cubes, individual and connected together using 0.8mm pure titanium wire. they connect round back with stainless steel jump rings, a lobster clasp and extension chain. sensitive skin friendly! this is a crisp looking necklace, so icy and reflective. so beautiful! a beautiful pink necklace on a black velvet bust made with a variety of pink beads. they are mostly 8mm round beads but some are sandwiched between 3/4mm beads of various textures and shades of pink. the beads selected randomly whilst creating. they are beautiful!

If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."

There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.

There’s no screening for ovarian cancer and it’s really difficult to spot: you can’t squidge your ovaries in the shower to check for lumps. Also it’s very good at masquerading at other things, like IBS and diverticulitis.

Please take a look at this list of symptoms - and share if you can.
Cancer of the ovary, fallopian tube or peritoneum usually causes symptoms that are similar to common non-cancerous conditions. This can make it difficult to diagnose early. If you have any of these symptoms or get these symptoms regularly, your GP should offer you cancer tests: • a long-lasting bloated or swollen tummy • feeling full quickly when you eat • loss of appetite • pain in the lower tummy area or back • peeing (passing urine) more often than usual • needing to pee urgently (feeling like you cannot hold on). Other symptoms may include: • a change in your normal bowel function (diarrhoea or constipation) • weight loss for no obvious reason • unexplained or extreme tiredness (fatigue) • vaginal bleeding after the menopause. If you are aged 50 or older and develop symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) for the first time, you should also have tests. IBS can cause bloating and changes in bowel function. But it does not usually start after the age of 50.

This, this and double this! I was also turned down for the Covid jab despite being CEV, having multiple chronic illnesses and being a carer. Like Polly, I feel for my healthcare team having to explain to everyone that they're not eligible any more. They should not be put in that position!

Statement from Brummies United Against Racism We are deeply alarmed by the rise in racist attacks taking place across our city, including the rape of a woman in Oldbury and the attack on a 12 year old boy in a park in Yardley. Birmingham has long stood as a proud symbol of diversity, solidarity, and community — but these recent events threaten that identity. We are especially concerned about the growing anti-migrant and xenophobic narratives being pushed in political discourse and the media. These narratives are not just words — they are fuelling racism and directly contributing to the uptick in racist abuse, harassment, and violence we are now witnessing on our streets. Let us be clear: this is not acceptable, and it must not be allowed to continue. We call on our political leaders — the Leader of Birmingham City Council, the West Midlands Mayor, and the West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner — to break their silence. We urge them to publicly and unequivocally condemn these racist attacks and the toxic narratives that are enabling them. Racism is not a fringe issue.
