What this says is that Alex Pretti and Renee Good were not the first people to be killed by ICE since Trump took office. Not even close. What this says is that they lied and smeared those people too. They told you those people deserved it and you didn't ask questions.

Two white friends tail me home if it's outside the hours when people are out and about. I'm damn near third generation Minnesotan. It's not just "you're a citizen you'll be fine." I'm a black woman alone. Who knows what they will do.
I don’t think people quite understand that the occupation by ICE in the Twin Cities has more or less erased non-white people from public life. They cannot safely exist in any space accessible to the public and moving between private places leaves folks vulnerable to kidnapping by armed masked goons.

It's a macro example of what's going on inside the country. The US finally expanded from terrorizing Black and brown people in the Global South to terrorizing their white neighbors. Only one of these things is a problem for the broader population.

i feel like this is less baffling when you realize some nerdy men have hated women and women of color in games since like forever. Everyone I know here has a story of a man being weird at best and actively hostile because you happen to be a girl into games. I was on 2009 xbox live!!!!
