my dad worked at Starbucks when I was a kid and I worked there for five years, too. They seemed like a corporation that tried to treat employees well. A good reminder that you can never, ever trust a corporation to care for its workers. People dare to ask for a little more and it’s scorched earth.

right, is the argument here that in the middle of a brutal pile-on, a federal agent with a brain made of instant mashed potatoes recognized the profile of a specific handgun? Or are they saying that it actually accidentally fired which we clearly know it fucking didn’t
From the NY Post. You know they are really scrambling when they are running "The gun was no angel" stories.

yeah i'll vote for gavin newsom under extreme circumstances. like say we're on a life raft and need to decide who to eat first. or our plane crashes in the andes and we're figuring out who to barbecue for dinner. or if we're wagon-bound and stranded in a frozen pass over the sierra nevada mountains,

ICE just indiscriminately stopped a citizen at a bus stop in front of the co-op. If this is how they treat the President of the Minneapolis City Council who is legally observing, just think of what they’re doing to everyone else in our City.

If I was in, say, Harvey Milk's place and you told me how long the lean times would last after my death I'd wonder what the point even was. But I don't think he would, so I have no right to.

"what are we going to do with 20,000 ICE agents if we abolish ice" well to start with I think we should all literally spit on them in public for the rest of their lives
