I hate the online reaction cycle that praises a piece of art a lot and uses it as an example of what’s good about the medium but then the moment it gets awards or enough acclaim or fandom, suddenly we have to talk about how it’s actually not really that good and it’s overrated and always sucked

I know I’m beating the same old drum.

Something I don't think a lot of people realize is that there are basically NO unionized companies in entertainment originating on YouTube. So this would be a HUGE, positive change toward bringing that medium into step with the rest of the entertainment industry.

Something I don't think a lot of people realize is that there are basically NO unionized companies in entertainment originating on YouTube. So this would be a HUGE, positive change toward bringing that medium into step with the rest of the entertainment industry.

heads up for any gamers, i was trying to figure out why my frame rate was having horrific stutters every so often, and i think it's because discord added a fucking clipping/replay feature and enabled it without telling me. things seem more stable now that i turned it off.
