In Oct 2024, I was hospitalized. I have kidney failure and require dialysis, and it was months before I learned to walk again. Before I got Medicaid, I maxed out every credit card I have to pay for medical transport and groceries. Any help you can offer to pay down the debt is appreciated.

Get a packet of white gravy mix, pre-cooked hamburger patties, and instant mashed potatoes.

Make the gravy, add the burgers to the gravy to heat them up, serve with the potatoes with the gravy on top.

Will be better if you make the gravy from scratch, but that's not easy for some people.

Brown breakfast sausage in a pan. Add 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of chicken broth. Add any seasonings you like (I do sage, thyme, and parsley). Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked. If you have leftovers, reheat with a bit of water or chicken broth.

Get that canned croissant dough, those little bite size cocktail smoked sausages or some ham, and some cheese. Wrap the sausage/ham and cheese in the croissant dough, bake as the directions say (give it maybe another minute). Great little snacks, not much work, and pretty cheap.

Equal parts self-rising flour and full-fat plain greek yogurt. Mix into a dough, divide into balls, roll out, cook on each side in a bit of olive oil for 1-2 minutes or until it starts puffing.

It's not quite naan, but it's really close. Goes amazingly well with stews, curries, chili, soups...

Yeah, there's a difference. Like here, Anglophiles think everything is better in England and England is the peak of culture and society because of the TV shows and movies they see not realizing it seems that way because only the good ones are the ones that get exported over here.

No, I say "according to them" because I still see legs that look disgusting. But it's just scar tissue. The actual wounds are all gone. The clinic is even working with me to try to trick insurance into covering an extra pair of compression socks for me.

Double check when doing a Drew Struzan tribute you get actual Drew Struzan art. He was at the forefront of the revolution happening in film during the blockbuster era of the 1970s/1980s, and he so redefined what a movie poster was that he has a lot of imitators
