Do not talk to me about Crypto, NFTs, AI, or investing, I am not your guy. The Block will be instant and my regrets zero.
Just once a marketing team should have the spine to say "New Taste, Same Great Look!"

You're already tweaking it with focus groups, might as well own that yes, the formula changed instead of gaslighting everyone.

(iirc) the world added more solar capacity in 2025 than in the last decade combined. we're at or over the tipping point. solar will be used not because it's environmentally friendly but because it's cheap as fuck
Solar’s price drop is astonishing: panels are now 98% cheaper than when I first analyzed them in 2004.

Today, building a fence with solar can be cheaper than using wood.

For reasons I'm doing a deep dive in daily life in the palace of Versailles from Louis XIV to XVI and it has never been more clear to me that "a revolution" is just tens of thousands of extremely annoyed people going "right, that's it, enough of this" at the same time. Not sure why I bring it up.

When the Conservative Party in Korea declared martial law, the Korean Democrats knew if they didn’t send them to hell there would be no opposition afterwards. And look at them. They’re taking the ex conservative president and ensuring he never breathes free ever again.

Folks, a pill to swallow: if current Democrats will cave to your healthcare, they will cave to your voting rights. If they will cave to you not getting paid for 40 days, they will cave to LGBTQ+ marriage. If they cave to stalling our airplanes, they will cave to destroying our National Parks.

This is how much it cost to have a qualified professional tell me I’m autistic. $4815.87 USD.

The “amount covered” is not really “covered” so much as my insurance company said “we don’t think this should cost so much so no one is going to pay this part.”

I love discovering music through bandcamp and supporting bandcamp artists.

But the moment any of them start using AI slop for album covers, it's an immediate unfollow. No second chances. So disappointing.

The average SNAP benefit per month is $177 a person.

The average ACA benefit per month is up to $550 a person.

People want us to hold the line for a reason. This is not a matter of appealing to a base. It’s about people’s lives.

And working people want leaders whose word means something to them.

This is slowly changing, and hopefully more backstabbing from the Dems is rapidly pushing these ghouls into shameful retirement, and providing more financial opportunities for GOOD candidates in the DSA - but boy is it hard, you really don't know.

...but very few high level dedicated technocrats and policy writers, who go work for Dems for career stability and money instead.

Ironically, they usually start their careers with the same intentions as progressives, but are captured into the DNC's milquetoast, failing, but well-funded centrism.

The entire reason the DSA has an "annoying losers" problem is because of the DNC blackballing and sabotaging progressive politics, so there is (until very recently) little centralized power, structure, stability, or career trajectory.

Meaning that you get lots of well-meaning, passionate members...
I will though I could not stand the people I met at the local DSA meeting and fled never to return. But it’s fine! I still want them to take over. I vote for them whenever I can. If more people join the DSA this people problem they have will probably resolve.

I'm at work and the sense of dread is STRONG.😂

I do get to deliver a cushion and mug to a friend though, so that'll make my day.🥰
Let's all make a conscious effort to look for the happy moments, we've got this!
