I once said that part of Dukat’s problem, but not all, is the system he was raised in; in the Federation he’d probably be a shady admiral, but with far less crime and a much lower body count than he managed running the Occupation of Bajor in its end stages.
One of the best-sketched characters in an incredibly character-rich show: a fascist whose (potentially real!) redeeming qualities are continually undercut by his monumental pride, bigotry, entitlement and pettiness
The most realistic scene in DS9 is when Gul Dukat whined about how the Bajorans never erected a statue in his honor. A prophetic text.

This is always one of those "penny wise, pound foolish" situations to me. Sure, legally Marvel does not have to give her any money. But if they gave her a VERY small amount of the money generated from the work Miles is in, she'd be much happier and not spreading the news about their miserly ways.
