Fun food facts

The Spanish word for fish is pez🐠, but the fish we eat is called "pescado". Pescado is the past participle of pescar (to fish, to catch) and means "caught". 🎣

We can guess pescadería is "fish place" and pescador is "fish person" because learning suffixes pays off.

I know I can’t get a photo of it without disturbing the scene, but I must say a squirrel snoozing in a sunbeam is a pretty cozy sight
