In the MN Senate race, it looks like Lt Gov Peggy Flanagan will report raising nearly $1 million in Q3, while Rep Angie Craig will report over $2m. Craig is taking corporate PAC and crypto $. Flanagan is not.

These numbers are great for Flanagan. She has the resources needed to compete.

The way that Taylor has been out-reporting the Strib is both a massive credit to Taylor and an embarrassment to the state’s largest media outlet. The levels of completeness and factuality in Taylor’s reporting is truly impressive.

It would be nice if the editors at the Strib were paying attention.

These young Republicans are being sacrificed by older, more entrenched Republicans not because they disagree, but because it’s strategic. They can point to this largely symbolic ouster as evidence that their party “isn’t racist” while the Republican Party is quite literally doing fascism.

More than a dozen protein powders tested for toxic metals were found to have unsafe or concerning amounts of lead, nonprofit watchdog Consumer Reports said Tuesday. Average lead levels in such products appear to be worsening compared to years prior.

After the Mayor vetoed the Labor Standards Board, he had a letter read out loud in our council chambers where he said he would bring a proposal forward together in January 2025 with a unified vision and that the work “doesn’t end here."

It’s October. He didn’t. He lied again.

Minneapolis is a union town! Workers deserve a living wage and an affordable home. Mayor Frey turned his back on workers when he vetoed the Labor Standards Board and proposed gutting co-enforcement. As Mayor, I'll champion workers, and ensure our workforce can stay in Minneapolis.

We were sent this video from a walk/roll to school day celebration. The road that runs alongside this school is owned + designed by the county.

The posted speed is 30mph.

Watch the red numbers consistently clock 40+mph.

That is because the design speed is far higher than posted.

County owned roads running through urbanized areas are some of the most dangerous places for people to exist in Minnesota. It's a sad but true fact.

Road designs that make sense alongside soybeans, corn, & sugar beets do not make sense next to schools.

Case and point ⤵️

Duffy's "transit is dangerous" claim is wrong on multiple levels.

"What Trump and Duffy aren't talking about at all ...is that safety isn't just about crime; it's also the likelihood of being hurt or killed in a crash, If you really want to be safe don't get inside a big SUV -- get inside a bus."
