Spoke with a source who told me the call volume is so high, a call center for both Mastercard & Visa is bringing out pizza and ice cream so agents don’t quite amid the rush. Long waits are causing dropped calls.

Ive seen and heard authors tell me about the fact they've given their books for free at times and it STILL gets pirated. So is it really accessibility or just the thrill of stealing shit that these people love?
