It took me most of the year, 30+ pages and countless blocks to get over, but I finally finished the zero draft for gay dragon riders WIP and now I can focus on getting it all written into the first draft 😌

Tbh as someone who loves a good villain who you can sympathise with, it does annoy me when some people act like it’s bad writing to have a villain that’s evil just because they are. Both is good!

the protagonist isn't always the hero. they are just the person the book is about. sometimes authors write books about people who are bad and it does not mean that the author is bad

I was not prepared for having the muscular butch lesbian protagonist on the cover of my book to mean that I would get so many comments asking if she’s a woman… even when I’m saying it’s a sapphic romance with an all female cast.
