For perspective, imagine if the question was "Is gravity more clockwise than counter-clockwise?" with the expectation that you'd give a simple yes or no answer. That's about how ridiculous it is to ask "can a man become a woman?" or the likes. It's insane.

I strongly recommend that anyone who wants tech like this go for a @ubiquiti.bsky.social solution. It has a steep learning curve and ain't cheep, but you can totally make it 100% locally hosted with absolute control of who accesses it.

VERY important decision here. Patently offensive and incendiary speech like this is the entire reason the first amendment exists. That this man has to spend 20 years in prison for it is a grave failure of the justice system.
4th Cir. holds that it violated the First Amendment to convict Virginia man of soliciting treason for his inflammatory, disturbing, and deeply offensive post-9/11 statements which urged no concrete criminal plan or provide assistance to crime.

I was standing still in the middle of a hallway without being close to anything sharp or dangerous. The resulting bruise wasn't that painful, but I was so confused as to how it was possible that I can't even remember how I managed to get hurt in the first place.

One reason the NYT has burned its credibility with trans people is that they still cite the discredited Cass report in reporting on trans healthcare. Never the German, Utah, or other systematic reviews supporting care. They also never provide the political context behind restrictions in care.
