This is at the very least, literally, not "indisputable". The lower-court ruling you're overturning said otherwise, and there's written, public evidence the DOJ said do this for racial reasons!

The students are right.
On Monday, the University of Alabama suspended two student-run magazines over fears stemming from a July DOJ memo. The student journalists I spoke with yesterday told me that the decision was nonsensical and threatened their First Amendment rights.

To put a finer point on this whole thing: "Two people with direct knowledge of the operation" — presumably uniformed military leaders — are accusing the U.S. Secretary of Defense of personally ordering specific war crimes. That's a historic accusation.

Impeaching, removing, trying, convicting, and imprisoning Emil Bove is the moderate position.
UPDATE: DOJ filed its response, maintaining its opposition to contempt proceedings, but identifying Ensign, Blanche, Bove, Mazzara, and Noem as having been involved in discussions from Boasberg’s March 15 TRO to the decision not to “recall the flights” taking people to El Salvador under the AEA.

District judges (sort of) have to grapple with the actual effects of their actions. People who view the politics, policies, and the law as a Purely Academic Exercise™—including circuit court judges and SCOTUS—are a plague on our nation and are accelerating our slide into authoritarianism.
District court judges are engaged in a bipartisan project of [forgive me] actually calling balls and strikes. Republican circuit judges are largely going full-tilt partisan.
