Star Wars IV. Really impossible to describe how I felt afterward. Not just that it was a bad movie, but it marked the death of the franchise, the death of creativity & mystery & magic, the ultimate enshittification of everything. I was genuinely, deeply *sad*. Haven't really gotten over it.

The “left has not been willing to engage seriously with AI” argument is so lazy because like... I did, and I'm sure a bunch of other left-leaning people did. But, it was really obvious even 2 years ago that it's a shitty piece of tech. That's why I hate it.
I work mostly in non-profit database management, something AI should aid gracefully, and I genuinely gave LLM AI’s a shot in the first few months of all the hype, and it… can’t do anything. It’s also wrong about the historical topic I studied the most. But AI shills still love to tell me I’m naive…
