That begs the question: why has everyone lost their damn minds?

And the answer I think is Phone x COVID x Neoliberalism = everyone is insane.

That's not shows - that's ACTS. Sometimes there are 3-4 acts a night. This is an incredible slice of live music.

The thing about the UCP convention crowd who booed Smith’s comments about 🇨🇦 working because of a pipeline is that these folks would vote against their own economic interests in order to keep their hate alive.

I doubt they can be ever be reached.

And I hope Smith finds out that they can’t.

As if Smith recalling her own recall legislation wasn’t bad enough…

Apparently she’s also moving forward with LEGISLATION to ban the word “progressive” from political party names.

Like, banning the word.

SIXTY civil cases, a gambling addiction, and cozy ties with government.

Gumshoe Carrie Tait reports on a very sticky web, in which the UCP seems irrevocably ensnared.

Now in Bill 12, the UCP is preventing those pensions from suing the government & getting justice for the UCPs choices. And in that same bill, the UCP is giving their own MLAs yet another raise.

The hypocrisy is staggering.

Broad-spectrum antibiotics represented a huge step in medicine.

Viruses have so far eluded a similar approach and require targeted medicines.

That might be about to change! Broad spectrum antivirals would be a HUGE STEP in healthcare, both for prevention and treatment.

Read the thread:
GOOD NEWS! Researchers have made a HUGE breakthrough towards a UNIVERSAL antiviral. By targeting sugar molecules found on the surface of many viruses that SHARE structural similarities, they identified FOUR compounds that successfully BLOCKED infections from SEVEN different viruses.
