NEW: DeKalb County (former Evanston/Skokie D65) Superintendent Devon Horton's arraignment in U.S. District Court in Chicago has been rescheduled for October 23 at 10 a.m.

The three other defendants in the case have also had their arraignments rescheduled

An attorney for Horton wrote in a statement that Horton is "eager to address his case in court so he can return his focus to bettering the lives and education of children."

The indictment alleges Horton funneled money from D65 and Chicago Public Schools to himself for personal use
