Wheelchair user Godzilla
A poster or an advertisement or something out in the ocean to Kaiju are battling one is shooting laser beams from his eyes at the other in the foreground there's a big red flower and at the center of the image we have Godzilla riding on this thing that probably isn't meant to be a motorized wheelchair but it would certainly be a badass I just wheelchair if it were it's got multicolored pinwheel rear wheels and some sort of matching Dome on top with a where the bed of a pickup truck would be if this vehicle or a pickup truck
