Canada only mentioned in US NSS once, in the context of trade policy with China, suspect that we're being lumped-in with Europe on a lot of these "concerns".

To me it also suggests that we are now sprinting towards zombie NATO (which is everything Putin wanted.) This needs to be considered in Canadian defence and national security planning.

1. Two decades ago, a friend was a teaching assistant in a method course at UofT. A student came to see him because there was something wrong. Analysing the CES data, they found that Quebec was not more anti-immigration than other provinces. The student wanted to know where they had made a mistake.
Anglophones have becomes much more anti-immigrant than francophones. Quebec is now the least anti-immigrant province.
