Man it just really isn’t that hard to say “I didn’t know about it and now that I do, I don’t support him.” I understand he’s the only progressive option in the race and that’s a huge problem. But two things can be true, and one is that this is not a reasonable candidate anymore.
Bernie about Platner,

“In all due respect, all right, what I'm worried about, 50,000 Americans may die unnecessarily? And you're worried about a tattoo?"

When I asked about his comments about sexual assault, he said "Have you served four tours of duty?" I said "I have not."

Bernie: "Ok"

“A wild, very ‘polite’ and possibly lonely black bear recently paid a visit to its neighbors at a Northern California zoo.”
In a ‘the bullet just barely missed your spine’ way, yes.

Hundreds of people protesting ICE in downtown manhattan right now. Reads and Broadway. NYPD cops in riot gear on scene.
Sure wish we had a Democrat in the not partially demolished White House, and a functioning NLRB not packed with ghouls.
I spoke with union nurses at the Disney Studio lot in Burbank, who are on the verge of losing their jobs to subcontractors. The decision is considered to be straight up union busting by the union.

"This is my livelihood," union nurse Kelly Peterson said. "I have kids that are under my insurance."
Disney Studios seeks to fire union lot nurses in favor of subcontractors, shredding an 85-year tradition
Disney Studio lot nurses, represented by IATSE Local 80, expressed shock and concern at the news; the union plans a response.

Tina Smith seems great but watching Klobuchar vote for Trump judges makes me miss Al. He was strong on the dais grilling GOP witnesses & nominees during hearings too.

Every pizza is a personal pizza if you believe in yourself
Having faced the abomination that is the American criminal justice system at least once in your life is the sort of experience I’d see as a positive in a candidate, especially for something righteous. Form a ‘Beat the Charge’ caucus w/ Beto.
@replamonica.bsky.social on @chrislhayes.bsky.social saying her defense is costing $1M and that she’s never been to court before in her life. Glad she has a good defense team and doesn’t sound intimidated by it. It sure looks like a flagrantly bogus prosecution to me & should rightly be tossed.

I stand with @replamonica.bsky.social McIver. She is a sitting member of Congress who was conducting her oversight job.

Thus far, LaMonica McIver and the Subway Sandwich guy have cited Jan6 pardons in their selective prosecution motions.

W/McIver, DOJ argued that DOJ had no choice in the matter.

But here, Eagle Ed is literally playing both roles, Pardon Attorney and prosecute Trump's enemies.

The system works I guess? Definitely a good idea to have a competitive primary.

I’m sorry man, but if you’re gonna make criticizing AIPAC a major plank of your campaign, you uhh, you can’t have that. Can’t have the totenkopf tattoo. It’s just not something you can do.
Going to offer a settlement to himself.

I’m sorry, what now?

Also and again, Republicans in Congress are demonstrably okay with everything that’s happening
Breaking News: President Trump wants $230 million from the Justice Department for investigating him, people familiar with the matter say. Any settlement might ultimately be approved by senior department officials who defended him or those in his orbit. nyti.ms/4hmIi5X
If your child’s school or county hospital can’t get funding have they considered becoming a fascist paramilitary street force?
He’s going to sue his own Justice Dept and offer a generous settlement to himself isn’t he?
