BREAKING: A court ordered the Department of Defense to stop censoring educational materials discussing race and gender in schools on military bases.

Books removed from the schools must be returned to the shelves immediately.
Point 4 just broke my brain. 😐

You know shit's getting serious once they start using words you usually only hear over a boiling cauldron.
Sua sponte call for en banc less than two hours after the 9th Cir decision to let loose the National Guard into Portland
Why not crowd fund a commercial?

And while we're at it, we could crowd fund a national news channel. There seem to be plenty of out of work journalists with integrity to staff it.
If the Democrats were smart (I know, I know, assuming facts not in evidence, but hear me out) they'd run 30 seconds of this footage, without any commentary, as an ad.

Kinda funny that amazon has been in complete shambles all day and almost nothing that matters at all has been affected.

Good reminder that there is no “going back” from this, we only get out of it by going through.

Whatever you think of the White House as a building or a symbol, the fact is that the image of it being torn apart on a whim two days after 7 million people hit the streets against autocracy is going to make a HUGE amount of people really, really angry, and that's an energy that should be harnessed.

This is definitely one of those things that people would’ve called you hysterical for predicting a year ago.

Trump is going to destroy the East Room of the White House without even asking Congress and build a ballroom with funds from private companies that are seeking favors? Settle down, lib.

Does anyone know what this part of the WH contained?
Clearly Trump lied when he said his $250 million ballroom wouldn’t “interfere” with the White House.

So who’s watching this mess; the White House Historical Association or the Office of the Curator? Because someone needs to make sure he’s not bulldozing history for a dance floor.

Q: Did you tell Zelenskyy he needed to cede all of the Donbas region to Russia?

TRUMP: No. We think that what they should do is just stop at the lines where they are

Q: What do you think should happen w/ the Donbas?

T: I think 78% of the land is already taken by Russia. You leave it the way it is

Ive been thinking a lot about the SCOTUS presidential immunity decision and how to move past it and my answer is to tell SCOTUS that the ruling was too stupid to respect so it doesn't count.

You can't tell me that's not how the law works anymore.
