It's a little-known feature of smart phones that to have a phone call in public, you don't have to leave it on speaker mode and hold it horizontally.
You can actually put it in "phone mode" and hold it like a telephone handset for a more private conversation for everyone. Neat, right?

The modern reactionary movement is trying to square the idea that you can make fat stacks in the Trades and working on a farm, without doing any of the work required to do so.

Sen. Bernie Moreno, R-Ohio, just introduced a bill to ban Americans from holding dual citizenship. The bill says that to “preserve the integrity of national citizenship, allegiance to the United States must be undivided.” It’s called the Exclusive Citizenship Act.

In Shanghai, I used to have a 30 minute commute by car and rental bikes. When we moved campuses, it changed to a 45 - 60 minute commute by bus.
Public transportation has spoiled me.

What's funny is if you call Mexicans, Canadians, and Central and South American residents "Americans", they get VERY upset.
Like it’s one thing for a group of people to say “I prefer to be called this” it’s another to TELL another whole country of diverse ethnicities and heritage that you will now be calling them something else.

This is kind of lazy protest.
In Monrovia, California, protesters are purchasing 17¢ ICE scrapers from Home Depot and immediately returning them to create long lines and slow down the entire store. Their aim is to disrupt sales and convey a message opposing ICE raids occurring in their neighborhood.
