This sure seems like a deliberate choice to dare Boasberg into trying to do something against Noem, which they expect would get slapped down.

This the only fucking correct take on genital inspections for bathrooms, sports, etc. And every single day, I can find a case of someone (usually a man) abusing their power over an athlete to sexually assault and rape them. That's the door you're opening bc you're scared of someone being different.
If the Dems had any fuckin’ brains, saying “the part of Epstein is trying to make laws that let them look in your kid’s pants” would be a pretty easy way to crush the Republicans
it’s also a thing where people can be convinced. the right got some people worked up about trans women in sports but possible to get people a lot more worked up about individual/parental rights, genital inspectors, etc

It’s an all hands on deck. Different tribunals must be assigned different investigations. T&C for the worst crimes (DOGE, ICE, etc) The Hague for war crimes (Venezuela and the boat strikes), DOJ for corp bribes, state AGs, Congress committees. Someone must bring logic and coordination to it all.

Apparently Twitter unveiled a feature to show the country an account is in and in a shock to no one alot of the accounts stiring the shit (Maga support accounts in particular) were all foreign in nature and the feature got shut down nearly immediately 🤣
