I'd love it if comics writers knew what letterers would prefer when it comes to their scripts as well. Some scripts are fantastic to work off of and some are so painful to tackle...
Comics artists who work with writers, I am doing a class for young comics writers and I would like to include some ANONYMOUS quotes from artists about things they hate getting in scripts. More "17-panel pages and cross dialogue" than "horses and bicycles". My DMS are open. SECRECY ASSURED.

I think it’s pretty clear at this point that one of the main impacts of LLMs is to disrupt thinking: to make it so that far too many people never properly learn how to do it, and then to control the output so there are thoughts that people never learn how to think.

This advice is so great. I've studied languages throughout my life and discovered that I always retained skills best when I would find ways to play in another language. Play is a way to make the unfamiliar more familiar, to experiment and then accept success or failure without stress.
Watching a skateboard video where the answer to "how do I get over the fear aspect?" is answered with "Be playful," and it's so cool to see advice that I've given in art and animation having commonality with this very different skillset

I think we all deserve to be a bit more playful with our life!

You can argue "death of the artist" and "separate the art and the artist" as much as you wish -- it doesn't mean folks won't see you giving a powerful TERF activist cash for nostalgia. There's no mental gymnastics around that.

There are better fictional worlds out there than her small-minded one.
Hey yall not what I wanted to do on my birthday but let it be clear

"Death of the artist" is all well & good but you cannot Seperate the art from the artist when the artist is still alive, a terf & every penny they recieve reinforces their beliefs & is used to actively harm Trans folks!

Let it Go!
'Harry Potter' author J.K. Rowling says 'a ton' of fans are 'still with me' after trans remarks
J.K. Rowling addressed her controversial comments about transgender women on 'The Witch Trials of J.K. Rowling' podcast, saying many 'Harry Potter' fans were 'grateful that I'd said what I said,' and ...

If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."

There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.

One of the things about changing, growing, is that even if it is for real, you should not *expect* forgiveness from people you've harmed. That's kind of the cost of what you did in the first place.
Okay, below is a response to me about Marjorie Taylor Greene, and while it's lovely that this person wants to give her the benefit of the doubt, I--a person she has harmed--will never do that.
You may be right, but if you leave no room, no possibility for people to change, how do you expect people to change?
