Every anime fan should have at least one Blu-ray player. 4K UHD Blu-ray if you can swing it, consoles and PC’s with disc drives count, just get something that will playback discs. If you’re younger and grew up on streaming, please just listen to old people on this one thing: Get a Blu-ray player.

Just wanna shake my friend and scream at him that CLEANSES AREN'T FUCKING REAL. Your body naturally takes care of itself (usually) and you don't have to (see: shouldn't) fast to "cleanse." It's just a diet (no pun intended) eating disorder.
