It's not even strictly partisan, Democrats who suck up to him can get in on it too (Blagojevich did, good chance Menendez will). No need for any pretense a prosecution was flawed in some way. It's official policy that Trump just straight-up hates the idea corruption should be illegal and punished.

one of the early warning signs that Heritage was going full Nazi was that all their sane foreign policy hawks quit years ago when they started defending Putin
heritage foundation sounds like a great place to work and I hear there's openings

Republicans were handed a generational loss on Tuesday and the ailing geriatric pedophile master of the art of the deal is coming back for seconds 👍
Looks like American air travel is already fucked and getting more so, in the wake of Duffy’s 10% reduction announcement. Hold onto your butts.

To put this in scale, Elon Musk's salary from Tesla alone could fund the SNAP program for the entire country into 2034.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk scored a resounding victory on Thursday as shareholders approved a pay package of as much as $878 billion over the next decade, endorsing his vision of morphing the EV maker into an AI and robotics juggernaut.

His charisma is fundamentally incompatible with me (and likely many of the people on Bluesky) but it’s kind of insane to say it doesn’t exist

Tesla is a company that asks "what if we made a publicly traded company's shareholder meetings a cult of personality"

the answer is the owner gets really really rich and the fundamentals are meaningless
pretty impressive example of the effect of propaganda that tesla shareholders at the annual meeting just booed the NYS comptroller for proposing that Tesla repeal a new bylaw that makes it effectively impossible for regular shareholders to sue the company

The Supreme Court's decision to let the Trump White House implement its anti-trans passport policy is vile, and I appreciate Jackson going out of her way to include in her dissent, for the record, the administration's language justifying the policy. www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/25p...

China bought 22,130,000 tons of soy beans from the US last year. This year they bought zero because of the tariffs.
Trump: "We made a wonderful deal for everybody. Our farmers, as you know, with the soybeans at levels that nobody has ever seen before. If we didn't have the tariffs, we wouldn't have been able to do that."

fwiw i think one reason why Trump is avoiding negotiating with Dems or really meeting with Dems is that they're hiding his condition.

Oh also - lawyers aren’t allowed to tell jurors this so i do:

“Jury nullification” is a fancy phrase that just means, “This jury decided not to convict and there’s nothing anyone can do about that.”

If we think a law is unjust or unjustly enforced, we can just not convict. We don’t need a reason.

The typo is irritating. Leaving out airport codes is moreso. Dead-naming Reid, Marshall, and Inouye Int'l Airports bc they're named for Democrats is peak 12 YO.
For those curious on the full list.

As one source described it to me, the cancellations will be akin to a winter storm — that hits the entire country all at once.

if they were smart, they’d realize his victory showed that sincere, Lin-Manuel-esque aesthetics are actually very effective at selling socialist ideas to normie libs. but they are not smart.
LMAO it's starting. This is how it starts- "Oh, I still love him, *but* I am going to say he has the same aesthetics as someone I branded as the Devil".
