Too many GenXers kept their mouths shut to “keep the peace” and not “stir the pot” while some of our parents or friends said some shitty things. Or, they didn’t care because it didn’t affect them.

I don’t think that strategy turned out very well.

I'm not saying you can't have FB/IG accounts for your business; I'm saying don't rely on it solely. For the love of god, get a website. It doesn't have to be fancy (unless you want it to be) but it should be necessary so you can redirect folks to it if needed.

NEW — I dug into the story of ICE abducting a 13-year-old boy in Massachusetts and moving him 500 miles across state lines without notifying his mother, local cop's complicity, and how the federal government's justification for such cruelty is already falling apart:

ICE took a 13-year-old they said had a gun. Local cops say he didn’t.

Now he's detained 500 miles away from his Massachusetts home.

The problem with some of the "Vibe Coding" demos is that 90% of them could be replaced with just downloading a preexisting template.
