Not once have I seen an explanation for why teenagers must hear things that upset them in virtue of the unspecified speech-acts being upsetting, nor have I ever seen an explanation for why teenagers will be forbidden to express displeasure with upsetting things.

But also: if they just gave the minister an oral briefing about what had happened, then botht he staffer and the minister's recollections of that briefing are subject to the #OIA and they have to write them down on request.

and if the meeting led to anything, there should be records of that too.

A good exec accepts a pay package that puts the org in a safe budget position and never draws more than market because that would harm the work of the org.
