I have found out you can use cottage cheese instead of egg as a binding ingredient, last night I did rissoles with plum sauce with the second half of my ($8) 500g pack of mince and tonight I'm making fish cakes with ($11) 200gms of snapper (a treat) hoping to have a cake left for lunch tomorrow

"Trade unions are necessary to protect workers" doesn't show any significant movement from 2020 to 2023, continuing with strong agreement in the 30 to 35% of respondents range.

Anyone who says they hear people saying unions are necessary is living in a pretty tiny bubble.
