People were racist to me all the time in the late 90s early 2000s. The girls named Jennifer all looked through me when I spoke. My roommate told me that her parents were okay with her being friends with a person like me but that she could never marry someone like me.
These were liberals!

The fight here with Gorsuch and Kav vs Nelson is whether the "use" of race automatically means "discrimination" on the basis of race.

That's interesting to me, because it's basically the white folks telling on themselves. They cannot see a "use" of race that isn't synonymous with discrimination.

That’s why groups like YCT and eventually TPUSA formed — because Young Republicans weren’t radical enough.
