An almost 50% increase in Russian casualties in the last 24 hours. This is circumstantial evidence that the invaders have restored Starlink connections.
Enemy equipment losses are still low though, except for 5 pieces of 'special equipment'

Ukraine's air defence has not been specific about the missiles, saying "some" did not reach targets.
Of 149 UAVs, 10 were still airborne, 116 stopped = 83%
