I can finally show you all the big rainbow model I was working on at the end of the year. ☺️

GW sent me the Nightbringer and I knew what I had to do. 🌈😋

The real issues we discuss at my kitchen table are things like “How many more people will ICE murder in broad daylight before we more than a snide tweet out of the Democrats?” and “Do you think the dissolution of NATO will at least warrant a sternly worded letter?”
The White House is laser focused on threatening a military takeover of Greenland.

Where’s the same focus on lowering costs?

Stop trying to force everything you say into the thing you focus grouped ten months ago!

”I will refuse to authorize any invasion against Greenland and refuse to authorize any budget while the President is violating the Constitution to engage in unlawful acts of war.”

It's the 3rd of January 1939, your name is professor James Smith and you are staring at a drawing of a fish. It's not a regular fish. It is a completely impossible fish.

🚨 Today, I formally introduced articles of impeachment against Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

RFK Jr. has turned his back on science and the safety of the American people. Michiganders cannot take another day of his chaos.

I feel a strange need to repost this art. Sometimes art needs reposting y'know? Like this art. Did you know lionesses sometimes take out their males when the pride is under intense pressure? Apparently bees, ants, & termites do this too. #art

"If you filter the statistic to include as unemployed people who can’t find anything but part-time work or who make a poverty wage (roughly $25,000), the percentage is actually 23.7 percent. In other words, nearly one of every four workers is functionally unemployed in America today"

I love when you see juvenile cellar spiders in your house who are clearly still learning where NOT to put a web. Does Big Mama try and set up shop between the arm of the couch and the side table? No, she knows that’s too near a high traffic zone. But now and then, a little one tries.

I’m screaming, I know Trump answered the phone today when Zohran called and was like, “omg, hey habibi 😍.” Meanwhile Schumer and Jeffries are probably hiding in their “vote blue, no matter who”-themed bunkers.
Zohran Mamdani, the new mayor of New York City, called President Trump on Saturday to personally object to strikes the U.S. had conducted in Venezuela and to the capture of its leader, Nicolás Maduro. Mamdani accused Trump of violating international law.
Zohran Mamdani Called President Trump to Criticize Venezuela Strikes
Mayor Zohran Mamdani of New York accused President Trump of violating international law. It was the first time he had criticized the president since their White House meeting.

Happening now: several hundred people are pouring into Chicago's downtown Federal Plaza.

It's 25 degrees outside.

Organizers are leading the crowd in a chant of, "no boots on the ground, no bombs in the air!"

Two protesters hold a large banner reading, "no war for Venezuela oil."

I'm not a historian but my analysis is it's "Not good" when a government constantly commits crimes and tells the legislature, courts, and general public "What are you gonna do about it"

you cannot blockade a country and bomb its capital cities and capture its leader without being at war with it, is the thing
Are we at war with Venezuela?!?

I don't know. You don't know either.

It sure would be nice to have a legitimate Pentagon press corps right about now.

Three million people live in Caracas, five million in the metro area. It's one of the densest cities in South America. Remember this in the morning when they try to spin this as anything other than a cold-blooded attack on a major civilian center.

I've been talking about Castle Automatic a lot, but I want to make sure I pull the camera back and talk about the game system it's built for, HIS MAJESTY THE WORM, too. Gonna make a 🧵 about the core game's principles and add to it over the coming week.

To add to this - THE MEMORY HUNTERS is not inspired by the Middle Ages. Valerian IV does not wear plate armor. But she does have a sword, is sworn to guard her charge, and went to combat school. And I wrote her specifically to fulfill the princess/knight trope. Sapphically.

in a kingdom by the sea,
lived a maiden fair whom you may know
by the name of Sam McGee.

I have said before and will say again that it is such a loss that we no longer get covers of this caliber for fantasy books.

This art is by Jean-Léon Huens. These covers are for the Chronicles of Prydain by Lloyd Alexander. They lit my imagination on fire as a kid.
