I thought I'd do a little art vs artist with some of my favourite models I've painted this year.

There are a lot of wings there, lots of Thousand Sons, a couple of conversions, and the first two busts I've ever painted. If there's one thing it's been a good year for, it's painting models. 🙂
Me, surrounded by some of the many models I've painted this year. Beholder chaos spawn, Astorath, owl wizard, Jaheira bust, me, 30k Ahriman chatting to a skull headed raven, as you do, a deep sea fangly genestealer, a daemon prince that looks suspiciously like a little female Magnus, Halsin, best boy of BG3, also chatting to a bird, it's very popular apparently, an old metal Ahriman, because you have to pay respects to your elders, my beefy elephant boy, and a partridge in a pear tree. I mean Night Lord with a bloody knife.

Nice trip to A&E on a Sunday evening for my partner. 😩
Luckily it looks like it's nothing serious. Just got to wait on an x-ray to make sure.

All I've eaten today is a few oat cakes. I'm hungry now I know he's okay and all the stress has drained out.

Hot take Tuesday! people finding exploits and broken rules in TTRPGs should be treated as a bad player issue, not a bad rules issue. No system of any kind has ever been perfect or proof against bad actors. And any energy spent trying to write a system that turns bad players good is wasted.
