This might be wildly inappropriate to make suggestions at all, and they are based on my doggo who has panic attacks so badly they become epileptic fits, so please ignore me if I'm being stupid. But have you tried weighted blankets or ear muffs? They help him so much along with meds. ❤️‍🩹
