U.S. Senator from Minnesota.
The time for talk is over, the time for action is now.

If Congressional Republicans don't act to extend the health care tax credits by next week, millions of Americans will see their premiums double or even triple.

However this Tennessee race turns out, this is an unbelievable change over Trump’s 22 pt. victory a year ago. Are my Republican colleagues ready to join us to vote to bring health care premiums down? You have my number.

This Black Friday, shoppers paid 7% more for electronics, 6% more for clothes, and a staggering 24% more for home appliances.

Trump’s reckless tariff taxes are hitting consumers directly—forcing families to spend more.

It’s #GivingTuesday!

Now more than ever, it’s essential to support the vital work of nonprofits — whether by donating, volunteering, or showing up for the causes that make a real difference in people’s lives.

If Trump and congressional Republicans refuse to extend the health care tax credits, millions of Americans will see their premiums double—or even triple.

Democrats will keep fighting to stop these price hikes, including at the ballot box.

NEWS: My bipartisan bill with Sen. Murkowski to support people with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders and their families, the FASD Respect Act, was just signed into law.

Grateful for the tireless leadership of former MN First Lady Susan Shepard Carlson, who helped make this happen.

The new federal hemp ban would hurt the thousands of Minnesotans who work in our state’s well-regulated hemp industry.

I am working across the aisle to make sure our small businesses can keep producing safe hemp products.

70 years ago today, Rosa Parks changed history. Her quiet act of courage sparked the Montgomery Bus Boycott, a pivotal part of the Civil Rights Movement. We must honor her bravery by continuing the fight for our democracy and rights.

Neither ❄️ nor 🥶 nor 🧊 stops us from a visit to “Bentleyville” in Duluth with a Christmas light display that withstood 45 mph winds and ten inches of snow. Roasted marshmallows over the fire pit and had some smores for the ages.

Premiums are set to double or triple next year for families across the country. President Trump and congressional Republicans can work with us to fix this or stand in the way. If they don’t act, we will march into the midterms and beat them.

Small businesses are the backbone of our economy. They create jobs, spark innovation, and are vital to our daily lives. Last year, Small Business Saturday drove $22 billion in spending nationwide. Get out today and support the local entrepreneurs who keep our communities strong.

Travel and tourism power economic growth in Minnesota and across our country. My bipartisan bill will provide the resources needed to support 1.6 million visitors and nearly 80,000 jobs every year— at no cost to taxpayers.

Happy Thanksgiving! Today, we remember that 450,000 Minnesotans need food assistance — including almost 150,000 kids and 11,000 veterans. In a time of economic turmoil, food banks and nutrition programs are a lifeline, and we must ensure they are able to support those in need.

Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours! John, Abigail, and I are so grateful for our loved ones, our Minnesota neighbors, and (of course) incredible food! Wishing you a day filled with warmth and laughter with family and friends. 🦃 🍁 🙏

MN is home to the largest Karen population in the country and we know the positive impact they’ve had in our state.

People fleeing war and violence should be able to find refuge in the United States. Removing their protection is not who we are.

It was good to be back at Second Harvest Heartland to thank their incredible staff and volunteers and to tour their facility. Last year alone, they distributed over 145 million meals. I’m proud to support their work to prevent families from going hungry this Thanksgiving.

Under President Trump, electricity prices are surging — up 11%! — leaving millions behind on their utility bills, with past-due balances at an all-time high.

American families deserve better.

NEWS: Thanks to my bill that we passed in 2022, prescription drug prices are set to fall by hundreds or thousands of dollars for millions of seniors.

MN’s hemp industry powers farmers, small businesses, and thousands of jobs.

I stood with our farmers and business leaders to oppose last-minute federal overreach that would harm Minnesota’s economy and hurt consumers.
