You don't need a telecom lawyer to know that EOs only apply to executive branch agencies—and to literally no one and nothing else, including private companies such as networks—and may only instruct agencies on how to implement existing laws or Article II powers, and may not create new law or powers.

Every time I see someone say "why are people afraid if they aren't breaking the law" I want to force them, Clockwork Orange style, to read 100 articles about people who were legal immigrants! with work permits! with no criminal history! who were kidnapped by ICE.

Every time I try to read an argument for a meaningful transgender/transsexual divide in good faith I always stumble over this notion that some kids on Tumblr with vaguely confused politics and a handful of academics nobody reads have full spectrum dominance over transgender activism.

I used the volunteer at homeless shelters were the residents worked up to 38 hours per week doing manual labor.
Many employers didn’t want them working 40 hours a week regularly, because then they’d have to offer benefits.

The people who most need to remember this are the lawyers if we're honest, they get real torn up when they pour themselves into getting justice, do incredible lawyering, and it doesn't work.
Sometimes there is great lawyering and an adverse result. It’s important to remember that doesn’t make the lawyering any less impressive.
