I think that "early transition" is not the best place for this, but yes. One of the hardest things to wrestle with as a tgirl is the fact that you can to dislike things about your body for reasons other than dysphoria and as you transition, your dysphoria lessens and you have to differentiate them.
Prescribing this year's crop of freshly-transitioning women a heavy dose of "Look at pictures of the women in your family until you can accurately distinguish gender dysphoria from regular body image issues"
