For as much as I generally dislike myself, it takes me a long time to get lonely. Either that or I’m so used to being alone I don’t notice it.
i’ve said it before and i will say it again: 2020 and the initial COVID lock down forced a lot of people to be alone for the first time in their lives and those people realized they hated the company. and instead of learning to like themselves, whatever this is happened.

Patrolling to make sure no White Sox fans sneak north of the border.
ICE boats trawling the Chicago River. This is the DUMBEST thing I've seen in my entire life. No exaggeration. What's next? Humvees loaded with armed, masked agents patrolling Disney's Main Street U.S.A.?

happy to see @ramirez.house.gov on the "No" list, but I would've expected nothing less.
95 House Democrats just voted in favor of a GOP resolution titled, "Honoring the life and legacy of Charles 'Charlie' James Kirk."

I called my Republican representative's office back this morning (I called yesterday to ask that he vote no) and said that since he voted for it, I will forward all my medical bills to his office if/when I lose my insurance. And I suggest that others do the same. Make them see what they've done.

hey remember when a rich ceo died then when they caught the suspect they made a circus of it like they found osama bin laden and charged him with terrorism but less than weeks ago two democrat lawmakers and their spouses were shot as literal assassination to shift control and everyone already forgot

I think I was just visited by a ghost cat! I felt a cat rub up against my legs, looked down to see who it was — no cat. I just checked on both of my living cats, and they are solidly asleep in another room.

America has effectively legalized The Purge. That’s how this feels because that’s all this is. If anyone can put on a vest and a mask and abduct you, you just have The Purge.
We still have no idea who the ICE agents are. They could be insurrectionists, extremist militiamen or criminals themselves, chasing law-abiding citizens down the street for recording their kidnappings. The odds they aren't are low. Congress must raise hell about this. A masked gang runs our country.

Step down or shut up! Confirming these people should be career ending and the only reason it isn't is because these people work within a system where cowardice is the ceiling and cruelty is the floor
"I'm very disappointed. I'm very disappointed in her," Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., told NBC News this week. "If I were voting on her today, I definitely wouldn't vote for her."
Some Democratic senators regret voting to confirm Kristi Noem as DHS secretary
Some of the seven Democrats who voted for Noem say they'd now oppose her in the wake of Trump's aggressive deportation plans and last week's incident involving Sen. Alex Padilla.
